How we built InitiumX ERP
InitiumX ERP is an enterprise resource planning system built in-house for Honduran SMEs. Each company works in its own space (multi-tenant) and can be set up quickly. The platform covers configuration (establishments, issuing points, SAR ranges with CAI, cash registers, bank accounts, payment methods and users), treasury with cash shifts, a catalog of customers, suppliers, products and services, quotes that convert into invoices, CAI-compliant invoicing with automatic correlatives, credit and debit notes, payments split across several invoices, and reports such as the sales ledger and accounts receivable aging. No equipment purchase is needed: a computer or a phone with internet is enough, and a barcode scanner is optional.
