Network Installation

A poorly designed or insecure enterprise network is one of the greatest risks to business continuity. InitiumX designs, installs, and configures network infrastructure for businesses that need reliable, fast, and secure connectivity. Our team covers all aspects of enterprise networking: certified structured cabling, managed switches, next-generation firewalls, and full-coverage WiFi. We work with international cabling certification standards that guarantee long-term performance. We design segmented networks with VLANs to separate traffic from different areas (administration, production, guests) and minimize the risk of security incidents spreading across the organization. We implement enterprise WiFi with centralized controllers that let you manage hundreds of access points from a single console. Our network monitoring service proactively detects problems before they affect operations, reducing downtime and its associated costs. Whether your company is opening new facilities, renovating aging infrastructure, or experiencing recurring connectivity issues, our certified engineers have the technical expertise to build networks that last 10+ years and support your business growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about Network Installation

What is the difference between Cat6 and Cat6A cabling?

Cat6A supports 10 Gbps speeds up to 100 meters (vs 55m for Cat6) and has better shielding against interference. For new installations we always recommend Cat6A because the additional cost is minimal compared to the long-term performance benefit and future-proofing.

How long does enterprise network installation take?

It depends on facility size. An office for 50 users can be ready in 1-2 weeks. Medium-sized installations of 200-500 users take 3-6 weeks. Multi-site companies require phased planning with each site completed in sequence.

Do you offer ongoing network maintenance after installation?

Yes. We offer maintenance contracts that include proactive monitoring, firmware updates, periodic health reviews, and technical support. Monitoring allows us to detect and resolve issues before they affect operations.

Why install the network with a specialist instead of the internet provider?

ISPs install the minimum needed for the internet connection but don't design robust internal infrastructures. We design and install networks built to last 10+ years, with security segmentation, complete documentation, and performance certification that internet providers don't offer.
